개인정보처리방침
Marketing Intelligence 운영자(이하 "운영자")는 Marketing Intelligence(이하 "서비스")를 운영하면서 처리하는 정보와 그 처리 방식을 이 방침으로 알립니다.
1. 처리하는 정보
서비스 계정과 사용자가 입력한 정보
- 서비스 계정 식별자(무작위로 만든 값)와 사용자가 등록한 도메인·주제·키워드·URL
- 로그인 상태 유지를 위한 세션 쿠키. 광고·추적 쿠키는 쓰지 않습니다.
서비스는 이름·이메일 주소·전화번호를 수집하지 않습니다.
Google API로 받는 정보
사용자가 직접 Google 계정 연결을 시작하고 동의한 경우에만 아래 읽기 전용 범위로 데이터를 받습니다.

Google Analytics 데이터는 집계 값만 받습니다. 개별 방문자 단위·기기 ID·세부 지역 정보는 요청하지 않습니다. 서비스는 Google 계정의 이름이나 이메일 주소를 요청하지 않습니다.
2. 이용 목적
Google API로 받은 데이터는 사용자가 연결한 사이트의 검색 실적과 트래픽을 사용자 본인의 화면에 보여주고, 사용자가 등록한 키워드의 순위·검색량·AI 검색 관측과 함께 비교하는 데에만 씁니다. 광고, 사용자 프로필 작성, 판매, 신용 평가, AI·머신러닝 모델의 학습이나 개선에는 쓰지 않습니다.
3. Google API 서비스 사용자 데이터 정책 준수
Marketing Intelligence가 Google API로 받은 정보를 사용하고 다른 앱으로 전송하는 일은 Google API 서비스 사용자 데이터 정책과 그 제한적 사용(Limited Use) 요건을 따릅니다.
운영자 및 그 밖의 사람은 Google 사용자 데이터를 읽지 않습니다. 다만 사용자의 명시적 동의가 있는 경우, 보안 목적(남용 조사 등)이나 법령 준수에 필요한 경우, 또는 개인을 식별할 수 없게 집계한 내부 운영 목적의 경우는 예외입니다.
4. 보관과 보호
- Google이 발급한 갱신 토큰(refresh token)은 암호화해 저장합니다. 인증 코드와 접근 토큰(access token)은 요청 처리 중 메모리에서만 쓰고 저장하지 않습니다.
- Google API 응답 원문은 수집 근거로 저장하고, 90일이 지나면 본문을 지웁니다.
- 원문에서 뽑은 집계 값은 사용자가 서비스를 이용하는 동안 기록으로 보관합니다.
- 데이터는 운영자가 관리하는 서버의 데이터베이스에 저장하며 접근 권한을 기능별로 분리합니다.
5. 제3자 제공과 처리 위탁
운영자는 Google API로 받은 데이터를 판매하거나 광고 목적으로 제3자에게 제공하지 않습니다.
사용자가 요청한 측정을 위해, 사용자가 등록한 키워드와 URL 문자열을 아래 외부 서비스에 보냅니다. 여기에는 사용자가 Search Console 화면에서 고른 검색어를 키워드로 등록한 경우 그 검색어도 포함됩니다. 클릭·노출·세션 같은 Search Console·Google Analytics 수치는 보내지 않습니다.

법령에 따른 요청이 있는 경우에는 그 범위 안에서 제공할 수 있습니다.
6. 연결 해제와 삭제
- 서비스의 데이터 연결 화면에서 [연결 해제]를 누르면 저장된 갱신 토큰을 즉시 지우고 이후 수집을 멈춥니다.
- Google 쪽 권한도 함께 철회하려면 Google 계정의 서드파티 액세스에서 Marketing Intelligence를 삭제하세요.
- 연결 해제 뒤에도 이미 수집한 기록은 남습니다. 삭제를 원하면 imbeckkh@gmail.com로 요청하세요. 확인 후 30일 안에 지웁니다.
7. 이용자의 권리
이용자는 언제든 자신의 정보에 대한 열람·정정·삭제·처리정지를 요청할 수 있습니다. 요청은 아래 연락처로 받습니다.

이 방침을 바꾸면 이 페이지에 시행일과 함께 게시합니다. 중요한 변경은 시행 7일 전에 알립니다.
Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information the Marketing Intelligence operator ("we") processes when operating Marketing Intelligence (the "Service") and how.
1. Information we process
Service account and your input
- A randomly generated account identifier, and the domains, topics, keywords and URLs you register
- A session cookie to keep you signed in. No advertising or tracking cookies are used.
The Service does not collect names, email addresses or phone numbers.
Information received through Google APIs
Only after you start a Google connection and consent, the Service receives data with these read-only scopes:

webmasters.readonly(Google Search Console): the list of properties you can access, and clicks, impressions, CTR and average position by query, page, country and device for the property you select. -
analytics.readonly(Google Analytics): the list of accounts and properties you can access, and for the property you select, daily sessions, engaged sessions and key events by landing page path, channel and source/medium, plus weekly and monthly active users.
Google Analytics data is received as aggregates only; no per-visitor, device ID or fine-grained location data is requested. The Service does not request the name or email address of your Google account.
2. How we use it
Data received from Google APIs is used only to show the search performance and traffic of the sites you connect on your own screens, and to compare it with the rank, search volume and AI search observations for keywords you register. It is not used for advertising, user profiling, sale, credit decisions, or to train or improve AI or machine learning models.
3. Google API Services User Data Policy
Marketing Intelligence's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
No human, including the operator, reads Google user data, except with your explicit consent, when necessary for security purposes such as investigating abuse, to comply with applicable law, or for internal operations where the data has been aggregated and anonymized.
4. Storage and protection
- Refresh tokens issued by Google are stored encrypted. Authorization codes and access tokens are used in memory while a request is processed and are not stored.
- Raw Google API responses are kept as collection evidence and their bodies are deleted after 90 days.
- Aggregate values derived from them are kept as history while you use the Service.
- Data is stored in a database on servers managed by the operator, with access separated by function.
5. Sharing and processors
We do not sell data received from Google APIs or share it with third parties for advertising.
To perform the measurements you request, the keyword and URL strings you register are sent to the services below. This includes a search query you chose on a Search Console screen and registered as a keyword. Search Console and Google Analytics metrics such as clicks, impressions or sessions are never sent.
- SerpApi — rank and citation observations in Google and Naver results and AI overviews
- NAVER Search Ad API — Naver search volume
- DataForSEO — Google search volume, and mentions and citations in AI answers
- Anthropic, Google Gemini API — keyword spelling and question suggestions, only when you request them
We may disclose information where required by law, to the extent required.
6. Disconnecting and deletion
- [Disconnect] on the Service's data connection screen deletes the stored refresh token immediately and stops further collection.
- To also revoke access on Google's side, remove Marketing Intelligence under third-party access in your Google Account.
- Records already collected remain after disconnecting. To have them deleted, email imbeckkh@gmail.com; we delete them within 30 days of confirming the request.

You may request access to, correction, deletion or restriction of your information at any time via the contact below.
