이용약관
1. 목적
이 약관은 Marketing Intelligence 운영자(이하 "운영자")가 제공하는 Marketing Intelligence(이하 "서비스")의 이용 조건을 정합니다. 서비스를 이용하면 이 약관에 동의한 것으로 봅니다.
2. 서비스
서비스는 사용자가 등록한 키워드의 검색량·검색 순위·AI 검색 노출을 관측하고, 사용자가 연결한 Google Search Console·Google Analytics의 데이터를 함께 보여줍니다. 서비스는 현재 운영자가 초대한 사용자에게만 무상으로 제공되며, 운영자는 기능을 바꾸거나 제공을 중단할 수 있습니다.
3. 이용자의 책임
- 이용자는 자신이 접근 권한을 가진 Google 계정과 속성만 연결해야 합니다.
- 이용자는 다른 사람의 이름·이메일·전화번호 같은 개인정보를 키워드나 URL로 등록해서는 안 됩니다.
- 서비스를 법령에 어긋나는 목적이나 외부 서비스의 약관을 위반하는 방식으로 쓰면 안 됩니다.
4. 측정값의 성격
검색량·순위·AI 답변·Search Console·Google Analytics 값은 각 외부 공급원이 준 값입니다. 공급원마다 정의와 시점이 다르고 오차가 있을 수 있으며, 서비스는 그 정확성이나 완전성을 보증하지 않습니다. 관측하지 못한 값은 0이 아니라 측정되지 않은 상태로 표시됩니다. 측정 결과를 근거로 한 판단과 그 결과는 이용자의 책임입니다.
5. 외부 서비스
서비스는 Google API와 개인정보처리방침에 적은 외부 서비스를 씁니다. Google 계정 연결에는 Google의 약관과 정책이 함께 적용됩니다.
6. 이용 중지와 데이터
이용자는 언제든 Google 연결을 해제하고 이용을 그만둘 수 있습니다. 운영자는 이용자가 이 약관을 어기면 이용을 제한할 수 있습니다. 데이터의 보관과 삭제는 개인정보처리방침을 따릅니다.
7. 책임의 제한
서비스는 "있는 그대로" 제공됩니다. 운영자는 고의 또는 중대한 과실이 없는 한 서비스 이용이나 이용 불가로 생긴 간접적·부수적 손해에 책임지지 않습니다.
8. 약관의 변경
약관을 바꾸면 이 페이지에 시행일과 함께 게시합니다. 이용자에게 불리한 변경은 시행 7일 전에 알립니다.
9. 준거법
이 약관은 대한민국 법률을 따릅니다.

Terms of Service
1. Purpose
These terms govern the use of Marketing Intelligence (the "Service") provided by the Marketing Intelligence operator ("we"). By using the Service you agree to these terms.
2. The Service
The Service observes search volume, search rank and AI search visibility for keywords you register, and shows them alongside data from the Google Search Console and Google Analytics properties you connect. It is currently provided free of charge to invited users only. We may change features or discontinue the Service.
3. Your responsibilities
- Connect only Google accounts and properties you are authorized to access.
- Do not register other people's personal information, such as names, emails or phone numbers, as keywords or URLs.
- Do not use the Service unlawfully or in a way that violates the terms of external services.
4. Nature of measurements
Search volume, rank, AI answer, Search Console and Google Analytics values come from external sources with their own definitions, timing and error. We do not warrant their accuracy or completeness. Values that were not observed are shown as not measured, never as zero. Decisions based on the results are your responsibility.
5. External services
The Service uses Google APIs and the external services listed in the Privacy Policy. Google's terms and policies also apply to your Google connection.
6. Suspension and data
You may disconnect Google and stop using the Service at any time. We may restrict use if these terms are violated. Retention and deletion of data follow the Privacy Policy.
7. Limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is". Except for willful misconduct or gross negligence, we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of, or inability to use, the Service.
8. Changes
We post changes on this page with a new effective date. Changes adverse to you are announced 7 days in advance.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
